Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while accounting for commitments made to our local partners.

If you are unable to join but can arrange a replacement traveller in the group, we’ll provide you with a 100% refund.
This cancellation policy reflects the terms of most of our homestay and hotel partners. In case of cancellation, we will liaise with vendors to secure the best possible refund or credit voucher. While we cannot guarantee refunds, we promise to make every effort to assist you.
Please note that this cancellation policy is subject to change and may vary during peak travel periods, including the Christmas and Dussehra holidays and major local festivals such as the Hornbill Festival.
