If you are unable to join but can arrange a replacement traveller in the group, we’ll provide you with a 100% refund.
This cancellation policy reflects the terms of most of our homestay and hotel partners. In case of cancellation, we will liaise with vendors to secure the best possible refund or credit voucher. While we cannot guarantee refunds, we promise to make every effort to assist you.
