CANCELLATION POLICY

General Refund Policy
Cancellation Due to Covid Protocols
  • 45+ days prior to starting date of the trip – 95% refund of the total trip cost
  • 30-44 days prior to starting date of the trip – 75% refund of the total trip cost
  • 15-29 days prior to starting date of the trip – 50% refund of the total trip cost
  • 8 -14 day prior to starting date of the trip – 25% refund of the total trip cost
  • 7 days or less prior to starting date of the trip – No refund

 

Note – For Fixed Departures (Group Trips) – If you are able to find a replacement for yourself in the group, we’d be happy to provide you with a 100% refund!

If the trip is canceled due to COVID protocols and travel restrictions, we will refund 75% of the deposit immediately, while retaining 25% as a credit shell. This credit can be redeemed at any time in the future with no expiry date. It is also transferrable and can be utilized by friends or family on any given date.



For Fixed Departures, if you have booked a group trip with us and are unable to attend due to COVID, we will refund 65% of the total trip cost. The remaining 35% will be kept as a credit voucher. If you find a replacement for yourself in the group, we would be delighted to provide you with a 100% refund!



In the case of Bespoke Trips, if you have booked a private tour and are unable to make it due to COVID, we will make every effort to refund as much as possible by communicating with different vendors. However, to safeguard ourselves against monetary loss, the normal cancellation policy will apply unless there is a travel restriction from/to the state you are traveling to/from.



Please note that all COVID-related cancellations are only valid with verified COVID Positive reports submitted at least 48 hours prior to the start of the trip.
